Return and Exchange Policies

Defective or Damaged Products

  1. Any product that you have ordered from www.daybyday.in is not received in good condition, is damaged and delivered is different product from what you had ordered.
  2. You may return the product unused and in same condition as you received it (Inform us within 12 hours of the receipt of product), in its original packaging along with original tags.
  3. If products damaged while being used do not qualify the product for a refund or replacement.
  4. If we are unable to replace the defective or damaged product, refunds would be made subjects to following mention conditions.
    • In case of single quantity in one order then we will be refund order amount.
    • In case of order with multiple products, if return for a single products is requested, we will refund only the value of the product selling price only (Shipping charge and COD charge will not be refund).
    • Don’t accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.
    • Please contact customer support team within 12 hours of the receipt of product if you open the packaging and found that the item is damaged or defective. You contact us with Write Your Query form at the www.daybyday.in/contact-us (24x7) and send an email at support@daybyday.in (with damaged or defective product image).
    • Daybyday will be able to replace defective/damaged order only one time per order, free of cost. Day by day won’t be able to provide you second time replacements for that ordered item in any condition, but in case of an event in which second time product replacement is required, this will attract deduction of shipping charge for both ways (Forward and Reverse) along with COD collection charges (if any) from final refund value.
    • In case of customer order any product under “Deal of the Day” scheme; the product will not be return in any condition.
    • In case of customer buy any product with more than 40% discount then product will not be return, but product only can replace with same amount product.

Defective or Damaged Products

  1. Our team will process the refund the amount of product (selling price only) one we receive the returned product in its original or intact condition and product QC is qualified for refund product amount by Product testing team.
  2. If any customer place order under “Deal of the Day” amount will not be refund in any condition.
  3. Refunds will be made in only original made of payment, COD and shipping charge will not be refund in any condition.
  4. If payment made was COD by customer, then we will refund only selling price of product to the bank account of your choice within 15 days. So please send your bank account details (Account Holders Name, Bank Name, Bank Account Number, Bank Account Type, Bank IFSC code) that we can transfer the money in your bank account. Please ensure detail of bank account that you send us is correct. Day By Day will not validate a bank account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient. All types of refunds are processed in about 15 working days. Please Email us at support@daybyday.in with Your Order Number, Your Name and Phone Number, if product amount is not processed in 15 days in your bank account. Daybyday.in shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s debit card or credit card as that is managed by the card holder issuing bank. Customer to take it up with their respective debit card or credit card in case of any delay with the reference of daybyday.in refund process reference.
